Keeping it Fresh.
-
Store it.

Store bread in a paper bag or bread box to preserve its crustiness.
Avoid storing bread in the refrigerator, as it can dry out the bread and make it become stale faster.

Tightly wrap in plastic wrap and store in a cool and dry place.
You may also store the tightly wrapped focaccia in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
-
Freeze it.

Freeze in a sealed bag for up to 6 months. Slice beforehand for easy portioning.
Refresh frozen bread by thawing at room temperature or toasting slices.
Focaccia
Freeze for up to 3 months. Slice and wrap each slice in plastic wrap for easy portioning.
-
Reheat it.
Sourdough/Baguette
Revive stale bread by sprinkling with water and heating in the oven at 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
Focaccia
To warm, bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
