Rustic Sourdough - $9
Indulge in the rustic elegance of our sourdough bread, inspired by the renowned Tartine bakery in San Francisco. Naturally leavened and baked to a rich, dark perfection, each slice boasts a crisp crust and tender crumb, making it the perfect addition to any family meal.
Ingredients: King Arthur White Bread Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (Wild Yeast Culture) and Sea Salt.
Rustic Sourdough (organic) - $12
Utilizing two organic flours from King Arthur, rest assured that every slice is free from synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The result is a bread that tastes great and is better for you (and the environment).
Fermented over 20 hours, our sourdough develops a deep, tangy flavor with a perfectly crisp crust and tender crumb. Whether enjoyed with a pat of butter or as the base for your favorite sandwich, this loaf brings the authentic taste of tradition to your table.
Ingredients: Organic Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (Wild Yeast Culture) and Sea Salt.
Toasted Oat Wheat Sourdough - $12
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Oat Flour, Rolled Oats, Water, Sourdough Starter (Wild Yeast Culture), Honey and Salt.
Mediterranean Olive Sourdough Loaf - $14
Our Mediterranean Olive Loaf is briny, pungent, oily and fruity. We make ours a little bit differently than most by incorporating ingredients with complimentary flavors to the four-olive medley. Tahini for richness and a nutty background. Oregano for an herbaceous and slightly floral note, Caper berries for a brightness and sweetness that olives alone cannot provide. It tastes like dining al fresco at a coastal Grecian Island rooftop restaurant. How’s that for imagery?
When we slice into one of these at home, we top it with whipped feta cheese or dunk it into a seasoned olive oil.
Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Water, Olives, Almond Flour, Tahini, Capers, Sea Salt, Oregano and yeast.
Pain au Gruyere Sourdough - $14
A very savory bread made using a blend of red wheat, whole wheat and rye. Gruyere cheese is mixed throughout along with smoked sea salt, white pepper and black truffle powder. The result is an earthy boule that smells absolutely incredible. Our Pain au Gruyere would pair beautifully with charcuterie boards and in fondues but is also lovely as toast or in sandwiches.
Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Rye Flour, Wheat Flour, Water, Gruyere Cheese, Smoked Sea Salt, White Pepper, Summer Black Truffle Powder and Yeast.
Demi-Baguette - $3.50
Experience Parisian authenticity with our Demi-Baguettes, meticulously crafted to replicate an iconic staple of French boulangeries. These 14-inch loaves feature a golden crust and airy interior, perfect for pairing with soft cheeses, jams, cured meats, or salted butter. Versatile and irresistible, our Demi-Baguettes bring a taste of France to your table.
Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Water, Sea Salt and Yeast.
Focaccia Pugliese - $10
Our Focaccia Pugliese is by far our most popular bread. It’s a cross between Pizza Bianca, garlic bread, and (hear me out) a yeasted donut. Pan-fried in pure olive oil, topped with gold potatoes, and perfumed with thyme from our herb garden - it’s the perfect accompaniment to Sunday Supper.
Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Water, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic, Pecorino Romano Cheese, Sugar, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Thyme and Yeast.
Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread) - $8
For what is a regular daily bread, I think our Japanese Milk Bread is pretty interesting. It’s prepared in the traditional manner as an intact, unsliced rectangular loaf with squared corners. The crust is light, and the interior is enriched with butter and whole milk. Shokupan is a very tender bread and can be used for all kinds of applications. In Japan, it’s common to see this bread with egg salad sandwiches and kewpie mayonnaise, but I absolutely love it with peanut butter and fluff.
Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Milk, Water, Butter, Sugar, Salt and Yeast.
SWEETS

Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies - $12/for 6
Ingredients: Flour, Brown Sugar, Chocolate, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda and Sea Salt.
SEASONAL
Focaccia alla Zucca - Fall $14
Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Water, Sweet Potato, Honeynut Squash, Butternut Squash, Taleggio Cheese, Olive Oil, Salt, Date Syrup, Sage, Molasses, Almonds, Orange Blossom Water.
Focaccia Pomodoro - Summer $14
A flatbread created to invoke classic summer flavors using produce at the peak of their season. Initially, the inspiration for this bread was bruschetta. Heirloom tomatoes, sweet basil, gran padano cheese, and well-aged balsamic vinegar were included to mimic bruschetta. While I don’t quite believe I achieved that, I have made something that is actually wonderful and totally unique to any other pizza-like experience I’ve had. Its sauce is incredibly concentrated San Marzano tomato and roasted red pepper flavor - so, so good! This will stay on the menu as long as tomatoes at local farm stands and grocers are in season.
Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Water, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Olive Oil, Tomato Powder, Basil, Parsley, Sugar, Sea Salt, Balsamic Vinegar and Yeast.
